In November of 1991, at age 21, it was 40 below zero as I pulled my sled full of gear across a treacherous portion of the Little Beaver River in northern Manitoba Canada.
In 1995 at age 25, I traveled to Peru to circumnavigate Mount Ausangate in the Andes Mountains. We summited at 17,500 ft.
In 2010 at age 40, I completed my second Ironman Triathlon in Madison, Wisconsin.
